Omara Douglas

Transportation Officer & Bee Keeping Instructor

Pastor Douglas originates from the Lango Tribe in the Oyam District.  Douglas has been a part of Otino Waa Children’s Village from the very beginning in 2003. Pastor Douglas holds Certificates in Carpentry (1992); Bee Keeping (2008) and as a Pastor since 1996. Douglas is the lead pastor at Amuca church. He has been married to Grace Omara since 1996 and they have six children.  Douglas lost his father in 1971 during the Idi Amin rule. Douglas’ mother is still alive, but she is blind and paralyzed. Douglas’ favorite bible verse is Hebrews 13:8 (NIV) Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.
